I took this blog entry down when I received an official date for my arraignment which is kind of the spark that lights the fire of the process leading up to resolution. Having not yet put a lawyer on retainer and not knowing how this would turn out, I took my story down until it’s conclusion. Now the dust has settled and I can share.

This Summer Berto was hired to perform at Dorney Park in Allentown, PA. Each Summer, Woodstock Ice Productions puts on several shows across the US and Canada. Klamath Ice Sports presented Blades On Broadway, its ninth annual figure skating spectacular. An estimated 350 people attended the annual figure skating exhibition.
